• Mentoring developers and fostering best practices in architecture & design
• Working across the stack with Java, React, MongoDB, Python, and Kafka
• Building RESTful APIs and event-driven systems
• Optimizing for performance, concurrency, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure)
