Summary

Job Title - Lead Generation Executive/Specialist.

Exp - 3 to 6 years

Industry preference - IT Services and Website Development.

(Apply only if have experience with similar service sector/industry.)

Location: Bavdhan, Pune (WFO)

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days


The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various online & offline channels.


Key Responsibilities:

- Generate Qualified leads from outbound campaigns including email, LinkedIn, cold calling, & other lead generation platforms.

- Research & identify potential clients and key decision makers within the target market.

- Maintain & update lead database regularly.

- Run Lead nurturing campaigns to reengage past prospects.

- Track record of number of leads generated, conversion rates, etc.

- Use Sales Navigator for effective prospecting.


Desired Profile:

- Should have minimum 4 years of experience with B2B sales process & lead generation tools.

- Interest & Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC. Email Marketing, Inbound/Outbound Marketing).


Required Skills:

- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in HubSpot & Sales Navigator.

- Ability to work independently & meet deadlines.
