Job Responsibilities: -
Lead Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients through various sources, including online databases, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients with the goal of introducing our products/services, identifying their needs, and generating interest.
Pitching and Presenting: Effectively communicate the value propositions of our products/services to potential clients. Tailor pitches to the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
Qualification: Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring they align with our target customer profile and have genuine interest in our offerings.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads to further discuss their requirements and provide detailed information.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
Follow-Up: Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads that are not immediately ready to proceed, keeping them engaged and interested.
Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets. Provide regular reports on lead progress, conversion rates, and key performance metrics.
Qualifications and Requirements: -
Education: Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of International B2B experience in selling Technology Solutions & Services.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and engage effectively with potential clients.
Organization: Strong organisational skills to manage leads, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Technology: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management and reporting.
Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation targets.
