We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team and work with a global, patient-focused pharmaceutical client. This role will involve performing on our in-house Computational Pathology Portal, a cloud-based application for biomarker discovery in oncology drug programs. Responsibilities
Engineer the Computational Pathology Portal, including WebUI and API integration
Elaborate on the API using Python and FastAPI for the Portal components
Develop web applications employing TypeScript and React
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency in TypeScript and React
Background in Python and FastAPI
Practical knowledge of Unix
Experience with SQL databases, including design, configuration and management aspects
Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology principles and processes
Basic knowledge of cloud computing, specifically AWS
Nice to have
Prior experience in image processing
Competency in Kubernetes
Practical experience in regulatory environments, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry
Proficiency in Go
