We are looking for a talented and hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java backend technologies and modern frontend frameworks like React.js. As a Lead Developer, you will take ownership of full-cycle project development, provide technical leadership, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.
• Architect full stack solutions using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and React.js on the frontend.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in requirement analysis, effort estimation, technical design, and code reviews.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose their adoption where appropriate.

• 5 to 8 years of full stack development experience with a strong backend focus in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
• Strong front-end development experience using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Good understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience working with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with version control tools like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills, system design experience, and understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with build and CI/CD tools like Maven, Jenkins, Docker.
