Games are not just about gameplay. We believe in the importance of balancing every single aspect of a game that you, as a player will interact with; what you see, how you play and how it makes you feel.

It couldn’t be a more exciting time to join us as we embark on a new unannounced project, pushing the boundaries of all aspects of the game to create a truly AAA experience.

The Role

As our Lead Engineer, you'll partner closely with our Technical Director and UK team to lead the Engineering team in our Utrecht studio. In this role, you'll collaborate with every department, including art, design, production, and external clients, bridging the gap between creative vision and technical execution. We're seeking not only a technical expert who wants to be ‘hands on’ and ‘in the code’, but also a strong team leader who excels at mentorship, team development, and providing clear direction.

If you’re looking for an opportunity to combine your technical expertise, passion for games, and exceptional people and leadership skills, this could be the challenge for you. Job RequirementsWhat we’re looking to see on your CV

  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing cohesive, high-performing teams.
