Lead PHP/Laravel Developer (DevOps mindset)

📍 Hybrid (Netherlands – 2 office days/week)

I’m looking for Lead engineer to help drive the growth of a modern, multi-tenant SaaS platform used across Europe. The platform supports professionals, from healthcare to education and logistics, in maintaining their certifications through online learning.

You’ll lead one of the 4 teams, shape technical direction, and work with a clean, serverless stack built around Laravel, React, and AWS.

🛠 Tech stack

• Laravel (API + UI using Livewire/Filament)
• React (frontend where needed)
• AWS (Laravel Vapor – fully serverless)
• Terraform (IaC)
• GitHub Actions (CI/CD)

🎯 What they’re looking for

• 7+ years’ experience in software development
• 3–5+ years working with Laravel in production
• Some leadership experience or a strong ambition to step up
• DevOps mindset — you care about CI/CD, performance, and reliability
• Strong understanding of clean code, SOLID principles, and testing
• Fluent English (C2+) or native Dutch speaker and must be located in the NL already.
