Lead Engineer- Requirement & Configuration Management (SKD) Requisition ID: 43671 Job Location(s): Pune, IN Employment Type: Full Time Segment: Danfoss Power Solutions Segment Job Function: R&D, Technology and Engineering Work Location Type: On-site Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Requirements and Configuration and Problem-Risk-Change Management professional to join our electric mobility engineering team. The key responsibility for this role is to manage end-to-end lifecycle of requirements, configuration control and problem-risk-change management by ensuring alignment with ASPICE standards using tools like Polarion ALM. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Requirements Management * Create and maintain project-specific Requirement Management Plans in alignment with ASPICE standards. * Import, structure, and manage customer, stakeholder, and supplier requirements across all relevant domains (system, hardware, mechanical, production, etc.). * Ensure alignment and traceability of requirements using Polarion ALM and report evaluation status. * Support the implementation of ASPICE-compliant requirement processes and provide training to project members. Configuration Management * Define, implement, and maintain configuration management processes according to ASPICE for electronics development. * Configure Polarion ALM to manage documents, version control, and ensure traceability across work products. * Enforce version integrity, baseline control, and process compliance across development and production assets. Problem, Risk & Change Management * Manage change requests, risks, and problems in compliance with ASPICE (SUP.9, SUP.10, MAN.5) using Polarion ALM. * Ensure efficient workflows and traceability for PRCM activities through Polarion's automation features. * Maintain alignment with ASPICE standards across change, problem, and risk management processes.
