We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer to join our Data and Analytics team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in providing robust support for our platform. You will address technical and operational data challenges while advancing our infrastructure through various strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, operate, and maintain software and data engineering solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, developers, and project managers
• Ensure solutions align with project requirements, performance objectives, and scalability needs
• Adopt and utilize client-specific technologies and tools to address project objectives
• Create technical documentation covering analysis, design, and implementation
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and collaborative team activities
• Contribute to system enhancements, platform migrations, upgrades, and stabilization efforts, including documenting requirements and resolving issues
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Understanding of data architecture concepts for relevant applications
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes
• Solid background in software development lifecycle practices
• Strong proficiency in SQL with capability to build and optimize large-scale data pipelines on Big Data infrastructure
• Extensive skills in data analysis and validation
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java
• Familiarity with Linux terminal operations
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
