Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Lead to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize business processes, and enhance our analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data analytics, ETL, data visualization, and predictive modeling. This role requires hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau/Metabase, and cloud-based data solutions (AWS/Redshift).

Compensation - 15L-20L

Key Responsibilities:

Data Strategy & Management

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and analytics frameworks.
• Oversee the ETL process to ensure high-quality and structured data pipelines.
• Manage and optimize databases and data warehouses for performance and efficiency.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and business opportunities.
• Build predictive models and statistical analyses to support decision-making.
• Develop automated dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics.

Business Impact & Decision Support

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance) to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize business performance.
• Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Lead a team of analysts (if applicable) and mentor junior team members.
• Present insights, reports, and business recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, data technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6-7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ETL frameworks and cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift is a plus).
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Metabase, or Power BI.
• Experience in statistical modeling, trend analysis, and predictive analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience in leading analytics projects or mentoring junior analysts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.

Exposure to machine learning models and forecasting techniques.

Understanding of business KPIs and financial metrics.
