What you will be doing?

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Data Engineering Manager with

strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Power BI, data architecture, and cloud-native data

solutions. This role combines technical leadership with people and project management

responsibilities. You will lead a team of data engineers and analysts to build robust data

pipelines, models, and reporting systems that drive business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead and manage the design, development, deployment, maintenance and support of data pipelines and architectures.
• Oversee the development, maintenance and support of Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring high performance and usability.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to a team of data engineers and BI developers.
• Own the end-to-end data lifecycle — ingestion, transformation, modeling, storage, and visualization.
• Ensure data security, quality, and governance best practices are implemented and followed.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure data solutions align with strategic objectives.

What we are looking for?

Technical Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, including leadership or managerial responsibilities.
• Proven experience with the AWS data ecosystem — S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, Athena, etc.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, performance optimization).
• Strong command of SQL and experience with data modeling techniques (star/snowflake schemas).
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools, scripting (Python/Scala), data warehousing and pipeline orchestration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
