Lead data Analyst – ( Exp 4-7 yrs.')

The Lead Data Analyst role involves creating structured analyses around ambiguous datasets, analyzing trends, data patterns and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations for improving Products operational efficiency and decision-making.

hypothesis generation and validation for any movement in the P&L metric

driving end to end analytics and insights to help team take data-driven decisions

collaborate across functions like product, marketing, design, growth, strategy, customer relations and technology

What are we looking for? - Must Have

● SQL coding skills and Advanced SQL knowledge

●Expertise in data visualization techniques like Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms (SSIS / BODS)

● MS Excel - VLookup, HLookup, Pivots, Solver and Data Analysis

●Must have experience in Statistics and analytical capabilities

Good to have

●Python (pandas, NumPy) or R

●Machine Learning knowledge & Predictive Modelling

●AWS

In-depth understanding of Scalable Product business – ability to bridge gap between technical analysis and business needs.

Strong communication skills to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders

Strong work ethics & professionalism demonstrating high level of integrity, responsibility and reliability

Sound understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet financial KPIs for product related ad-hoc analysis and investigations,

Ability to operate/influence effectively in a matrix organization as an autonomous, self-starter Or Having Startup experience is Preferred

Qualifications and Skills

●Bachelors or Masters in Technology or any other related field

●Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the analytics role
