Roles: Manager & Senior Manager – Analytics / AI (End-to-End Data & App Solutions)

Locations: Gurgaon | Jaipur (client travel ready)

What you’ll own

• Data & Engineering: design ELT pipelines, ensure governance & lineage, boost query performance.
• Analytics & AI: frame ambiguous business questions as testable hypotheses, develop & validate Python models (scikit-learn, PyTorch, stats models), run A/B tests.
• BI & App Delivery: craft Power BI semantic models & DAX, or ship lightweight React / low-code apps to put insights in users’ hands.
• Leadership: mentor a high-calibre squad, manage scope / risks / budgets, and present narrative-driven storyboards to CXOs.

Success metrics (first 6 months)

• Launch a production ML microservice that cuts forecast error ≥15 %.
• Migrate legacy data mart to a secure multi-cloud stack, reducing query cost ≥30 %.
• Coach junior team members to mid-level promotion.
• Present ROI of your project to a Fortune 500 COO.
• Build end to end Fabric / Power BI stack for large Portco in a PE firm
• Lead build out and roll out of agentic ai for an entire process

Must-have skills

• Hands-on Python expertise for wrangling, feature engineering, and hypothesis testing.
• Proven structured problem-solving ability—break down complex goals into measurable analyses and KPIs.
• 5-10 years delivering end-to-end analytics & AI projects (consulting or product).
• Fluency in SQL, data-pipeline orchestration, and modern MLOps; solid grasp of statistical inference & experimental design.
• Portfolio work in Power BI (or Tableau) plus exposure to React/Next.js or low-code platforms.
• Servant leadership: code reviews on Monday, white-board strategy Tuesday, boardroom demo Friday.
• Clear communicator—translate p-values for execs and ROI for engineers.
