We are seeking a Lead Application Support Engineer to act as a Middleware Subject Matter Expert in our E-commerce project within the Pharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities

• Keep applications supporting the business operational according to service level agreements
• Be proactive in taking actions and capable of leading solutions to resolution
• Perform Application Support maintenance to ensure application availability
• Conduct bug fixing on existing applications, with a requirement for Java maintenance experience
• Maintain the Ecommerce platform in a healthy state, managing integrations with backend services and components at the OS, database, and JVM levels
• Foster good communication and relationships with clients
• Lead a team to provide quick solutions and maintain a positive work environment, focusing on smart work over hard work
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, informatics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Application Support with Oracle Weblogic and JBOSS
• 3+ years of experience working with Linux systems and a strong understanding of Bash scripting, with automation experience preferred
• 3+ years of experience implementing and administering applications with multiple integrations, including ESB, load balancing, reverse proxies, clustering, and database components
• Background in application servers and writing SQL for application maintenance
• Experience in E-commerce platforms in the pharmaceutical area
• Fluent/advanced English proficiency, both oral and written

• 2+ years of desired experience working on SAP Hybris platforms
• Experience in the pharmaceutical area
• Knowledge of distributed environments, clustering, and load balancing
