Summary

**Job Description: Senior Account Manager/Global Key Account Manager HEM** Advanced Materials (ADM), part of AIS businesses manufactures a wide variety of high-performance products, including environmentally preferable refrigerants, chemical and analytical reagents designed to improve productivity, and materials used to manufacture end products such as bullet-resistant armor, nylon, computer chips and pharmaceutical packaging. An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Senior Account Manager in the AIS, Electronic Materials business, reporting to the Global Sales Director. You will manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our AIS Semiconductor Materials and Electronic Chemicals organization. You manage your global Key Account Infineon for all Electronic Materials related matters as well as key customers in your territory which includes Germany, and sites in other EU countries . In addition you will support our Channel Partner for TIM globally and align with local sales teams from HON and Caplinq. You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions both in Front- and Backend. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers, especially global accounts while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers. You will develop and maximize AIS presence and market share in designated accounts and territory, drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization. You provide input to AOP, STRAP, APO and regular use of SFDC. **Key Responsibilities** · Manage global accounts as well as all other customers in your region · Identify and drive Opportunities Manage and Plan Accounts in your defined Region Negotiate and Close deals Articulate and Deliver Value Proposition · Communicate with customers on technical or quality related topics Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle Establish Rapport with Customers · Prepare and manage Account Action Plans, Call Reports, Sales Pipeline and forecasts in SFDC (Salesforce.com, CRM tool) to communicate key account details and drive business results. · Drive projects to closure by working collaboratively with the support of the Technical, Business Development and Marketing teams with a high sense of urgency. · Accountable for commercial excellence key metrics. · Participates in industry groups/societies and attends trade shows to support the products. **You should have** + Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. + In depth knowledge of Chemicals, base understanding of other materials used to build semiconductor devices (metals, spin on glass, thermal interface material) + Good understanding of requirements in the Semiconductor field + Knowledge of all requirements from the Automotive Industry + Technical and commercial knowledge of Electronic Chemicals and components + Spoken and written English is essential; spoken Italian essential and Spanish preferable or willing to learn. + Commercial and financial acumen - ability to understand capex, return on investment, total cost of ownership, finance, and demonstrated focus on creating customer value. + Successful track record of business development that generated & closed new business opportunities. + Strong Customer focus with entrepreneurial spirit. + Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a diverse cultural team and in a matrix environment. + Ability to manage international key accounts across borders. + Willingness to travel 60+% of the time. + Ability to move from strategic to tactical depending on the situation. **WE VALUE** + Significant experience in (technical) Sales/Account Management in the Industry + Excellent communication skills, fluent in English + Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization + Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
