Job Description:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven full-cycle sales professional to join and eventually lead our dynamic team in Venice, California. You will grow in this role to serve two functions. First, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners and real estate agents, introducing them to our innovative real estate services. Your mission will be to build relationships, identify qualified leads, and take them through the deal cycle. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to earn the duties of a sales manager, driving team performance through direct leadership activities.  

NOTE: This is an in-office role at our HQ on Abbot Kinney Blvd in Venice, CA.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective homeowners to introduce our services by communicating knowledge of our platform and general real estate best practices to provide meaningful interactions with potential customers; both scripted and dynamic
  • Reach out to real estate agents to introduce our services, fostering connections and identifying potential partnership opportunities
  • Eventually supervise in-house sales team; setting monthly team goals and implementing strategy to hit key performance metrics and drive revenue
  • Liaise with senior leadership, other internal teams, and external vendors to refine outreach opportunities and deliver significant insights  
  • Master CRM tools and documentation to collaborate effectively with the rest of the team
  • Perform market research, qualify potential opportunities, and continuously add value to the company through additional lead generation activities as needed (You will serve as a Producing Manager). 


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills with a confident, friendly, and professional tone.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable handling objections and maintaining positivity during high call volumes.
  • Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is REQUIRED. Experience in sales team management is PREFERRED. 
  • Native fluency in English is REQUIRED.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $80,000
