Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Ensuring overall lab safety, health, and environmental compliance.
2. Overseeing the quality of work and services provided at this location.
3. Supporting lab operations, developing and implementing operational processes and programs, introducing new codes and regulatory actions, and coordinating with external platforms.
4. Organizing and coordinating community events.
5. Supervising, organizing, and quality controlling different vendors.
6. Managing services for lab equipment.
7. Implementing KPIs and quality control.
8. Ensuring community and member company satisfaction.

What we expect:

• You are a BSL-2 Certified Officer or have extensive experience working in a BSL-2 lab
• You have a good network in the #lifesciences industry
• You have a service attitude and are passionate about supporting the science #community
• You Speak German Fluently
