Responsibilities
Customer interaction, understanding the issues / complaints / requirements
Providing the expected reply on priority as per the SLA defined
Deciding severity / level of the issue and channelizing it as per predefined process
Transaction monitoring
Nature of Work
Rotational shifts, including night duty for male candidates
For female candidates, rotational shifts starting from Morning 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
9-hour shift
Experience
1 to 2 years experience
Knowledge And Skills
Able to perform multitasking duties
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Basic knowledge of payment domain
Experience and capability of handling escalation and provide the solution
Customer handling experience
Basic knowledge of networking
Flexible for the 247 shift, including night shift
Flexible for the odd weekly off
Should be available post working hours to attend the escalation / issues
Should be available for the major activities like DR drill / major release, change
Need to attend the online/offline meeting with Bank / NPCI / Vendor etc.
