Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in structuring, updating, and maintaining the knowledge base.
  • Organize and document processes, FAQs, and SOPs.
  • Support internal teams by providing quick access to relevant knowledge.
  • Ensure KM content is accurate, updated, and easy to retrieve.

Requirements

  • Strong writing and documentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with an ability to simplify complex information.
  • Experience with KM tools or content management systems is a plus
