In this role, you’ll collaborate with experienced team members to deliver top-tier customer support. You’ll gain hands-on experience with tools like Intercom, help build self-service resources, analyze support trends, and learn the inner workings of a fast-moving tech company.

What You’ll Learn & Do

• Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and problem-solving skills
• Create and maintain self-service content like FAQs and Help Center articles
• Work with chatbot technology and help optimize automated support flows
• Analyze support data to identify trends and improve customer experience
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to support a seamless customer journey
• Gain practical experience with support platforms like Intercom and knowledge base tools

What We’re Looking For

• A strong desire to help people and solve problems
• A quick learner eager to grow in customer success or operations
• Clear, confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
• Curiosity about how tech and data systems work behind the scenes
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a startup environment
• Bonus: Experience using customer service tools (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk) or writing support content — but not required
