Role Overview
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive B2B sales growth in the Indian market. This role involves leading high-value enterprise deals, managing a team of BDMs, and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
Own and lead the team in closing high-value deals.
Build, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Managers.
Optimize sales processes using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
Analyze market trends, pipeline health, and sales forecasts to refine strategies.
Who You Are
5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, with 3+ years in team leadership.
Proven track record in enterprise sales, demand generation, and market expansion.
Strong experience in Ed-Tech, SaaS, or IT training industry (preferred).
Proficient in CRM tools, sales analytics, and forecasting.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
