Your mission as a Key Account Manager:


You will be responsible for maximizing the performance and growth of our international clients through optimization strategies, data analysis, and strategic training. Your main tasks will include:


  • Providing onboarding and key training to clients to enhance their performance.
  • Optimizing the sales of our international clients, driving their growth.
  • Monitoring and analyzing their progress, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Managing and strengthening the strategic relationship with the client portfolio.
  • Training and advising clients on the optimal use of our technological solutions.
  • Analyzing key metrics and data to implement effective optimization strategies.

  • What we are looking for in you:


    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the tourism sector.
    • Languages: High proficiency in English and Italian (other languages will be positively valued).
    • Residence in Mallorca or availability to relocate.
    • Availability to travel to international fairs and events.
    • Teamwork capability, with a strategic and results-oriented approach.
    • Organizational and planning skills to manage multiple clients effectively.
