🚀 Your Mission

As our new Optimization Manager, you'll play a key role in our Distribution Team, helping existing clients unlock the full potential of our partnerships. Your goal: maximize client performance, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue growth.


🔍 What You'll Do

Manage and continuously optimize client accounts to boost performance.

Analyze data, spot trends, and implement smart strategies.

Translate insights into clear actions and communicate them effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Be the go-to person for your clients, in both English and Spanish.


🧠 What You Bring

Experience in Account Management, Optimization, or a similar role.

Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with reporting tools.

A basic understanding of API connections and integration flows.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

A proactive attitude, you work well independently and thrive in a team.
