Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 5+ years' of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Relationship Management - Single Point of contact for all Watson’s, SSD, RPI concerns (H.O. and Chain store Operations)
  • Build Strong business relationship with Accounts Key Stake Holders
  • New Product Inclusion - Facilitates early processing of product inclusions
  • Monitor IS allocation among target branches
  • Negotiates trading term agreements and discounts with key accounts
  • Sales Negotiation - Release of regular PO, negotiation for short-dated expiry. Allocation of Stocks and Inventory
  • Out-of-Stock Concerns and Stocks weights improvement
  • Increased distribution of focus brands
  • Business Meetings - Quarterly Business Meeting with Key stakeholders of the accounts handled
  • Facilitates BR with key stakeholders for alignments, relationship building and favorable concessions
  • ADS & Promo - Alignment and activation of Client and Accounts Program
  • Evaluation of Trade Program
  • Develops and execute account programs to grow the accounts
  • Change of packaging – Accounts RA negotiation for minor variation
  • Facilitates immediate evaluation/processing of new packaging
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure alignment and accounts needs are met.
