Develop new customers and maintain good customer relationship.
Set up detailed strategic plans to develop sales growth to meet sales targets, gross profit and product budgets via implementing strategic sales plans and marketing objectives in line with business unit strategies.
Provide updated information on sales, sales forecasts, customer activity and visits, sales activity including progress on projects, target accounts, major and new opportunities, and any specific promotional or marketing activity.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Eastern China, focusing on systems solution and engineered solutions in line with the business unit strategies, working closely with engineering staff to deliver new opportunities on a regular basis.
Maintain up to date opportunity pipeline and set regular follow up action plans to maintain focus and progress.
Good teamwork capability: work efficiently with technical sales, R&D, manufactory and relevant colleagues
Assist and support relevant marketing activities.
To be familiar with, and implement all company policies, codes of conduct and core values at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Studies, Precision Instruments, Mechanical engineering or related fields.
At least 10 years related working experience in the life science industry and a minimum of 5 years sales experience in an international company.
Rich experience of key account and project management
Strong knowledge and experience in IVD, Medical Device, Biotechnology & Bioprocessing and Analytical Instrumentation market.
Understanding of fluid & gas control requirements in life science applications is preferred.
Good technical and sales presentation skills (in English and Mandarin).
Have excellent business acumen, commercial skills and business development abilities.
High-level interpersonal communication and people management skills. Proactive, self-motivated, be able to work under pressure.
Fluent in English (both oral and written).
Be willing to travel around frequently.
