职位概述:
该职位属于公司生命科学部门,岗位将针对【生命科学行业(如大型中外资药企、医疗机构、医疗器械企业、高等院校、CRO组织、医学期刊杂志等)】发展新的商业关系 (BD)+ 并为现有的生命科学客户提供支持 (Account management)。
该业务线主要产品&服务包括:生命科学相关翻译/口译项目,(eClinical & Content Management Solutions) 自研负责药品临床试验的整个生命周期文档管理SAAS系统,医疗写作服务,生命科学E-learning系统,COAS-电子临床结果评估,患者招募等;
----该岗位将以英文作为工作语言,日常中与国内外团队合作交流,后续将有全英面试。要求1-5年相关的客户管理/BD经验,可接受优秀应届毕业生。
主要职位职责:
• 通过客户服务、账户管理、追加销售和交叉销售来管理和拓展现有业务。
• 了解 TransPerfect 服务的能力、优势和竞争优势。
• 识别潜在客户和目标组织,专注于销售活动。
• 通过冷电话、互联网和贸易展览发展新的客户关系。
• 与销售管理团队合作,识别、资格确认、发展并完成销售机会。
• 推广并向客户介绍 TransPerfect 的服务。
• 与生产管理团队合作,提供客户支持并管理客户期望。
• 通过深入了解公司程序,管理和控制定价和合同问题。
• 积极学习每个客户的行业、业务需求和公司文化,识别新的商业机会并提供高水平的服务。
• 在需要时执行其他特别项目或任务。

所需经验:
• 统招本科学历以上,海外学历背景优先
• 优秀的问题解决能力。

• 最重要的是,理想的候选人必须展示在快节奏环境中多任务处理的能力,能够与来自不同背景和文化的人一起工作,建立与客户和同事的战略关系,作为团队的一部分,积极解决问题,并承诺提供高水平的服务。
Key position responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing book of business through excellent client service, account mapping, upselling, and cross selling
- Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of TransPerfect’s services
- Identify prospective customers and individual organizations to focus on sales activities
- Develop new client relationships via cold calling, Internet, and trade shows
- In coordination with Sales Management, identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities
- Promote and educate clients regarding TransPerfect’s services
- Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the Production Management Team
- Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures
- Take an active role in learning about each client’s industry, business needs and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of service
- Perform other special projects or duties when required

Experience required:
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Superior written and spoken communication skills in Chinese &English
- Good analytical skills needed to project revenues, monitor budgets and other necessary calculations
- Most importantly, the ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to: multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build strategic relationships with clients and co-workers, work as part of a team, take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service.
