Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to join our growing team. You will be the face of our agency for your assigned clients — owning the relationship, understanding their marketing needs, and ensuring seamless delivery across all projects. From managing day-to-day communication to orchestrating internal teams, you’ll be the glue that keeps everything aligned and moving.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the clients
  • Build strong, long-term relationships and act as a strategic partner
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively suggest solutions

Program & Project Management

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of client campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Create and manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables using project management tools
  • Ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, media, tech) to ensure smooth execution

Strategic Thinking & Reporting

  • Translate client goals into actionable briefs
  • Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to develop campaign plans
  • Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports and presentations
  • Present campaign performance, learnings, and optimizations to clients

Internal Collaboration

  • Be the voice of the client within the agency
  • Troubleshoot bottlenecks and mediate cross-functional communication
  • Ensure quality control across all client-facing outputs


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably at a marketing or digital agency
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, creative processes, and media channels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a client-first attitude
