About The Role

As a Key Account Manager at Alleima, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. Your main responsibilities will include:

—Developing and implementing strategic plans to penetrate and grow the high

—temperature tube products market in China.

—Identifying and establishing key relationships with prospective clients and maintaining strong connections with existing accounts.

—Supporting the growth and expansion of our production footprint in China through effective account management and market development initiatives.

—Collaborating with cross—functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of business objectives.

—Conducting market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and identify new business opportunities.

—Providing technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met with our high-quality products.

—Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to secure new business and drive sales growth.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field. You should have proven experience in key account management, preferably within the high —temperature tube products industry. Your knowledge of key application areas related to boiler, heater, and other high—temperature tube applications (>500°C) will be crucial. A strong understanding of the China market and its business dynamics is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you will be building and maintaining lasting relationships. You should be a strategic thinker with strong problem —solving abilities, self—motivated, and results—oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets. The ability to work effectively in a fast—paced, dynamic environment is key. Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
