Job Requirements, Skills, And Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial) or related fields, with a professional qualification in Sales & Marketing.
• Proven leadership/management experience in sales and marketing, with thorough knowledge of sales and marketing principles, product/service management, and business development.
• Demonstrated track record of success and performance.
• Expertise in pipes, valves, process automation, or pumps (one of these is required).
• Strong engagement with design consultants and contractors (a must).
• Experience in sales with technical expertise, especially in the VAC sales field within Building Technology, Data Centers, and F&B industries.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings/designs.
• Good personality and strong communication skills in English.
• Preferably based in or willing to work in Jakarta.
