Role: Junior Software Engineer

Duration: Permanent

Location: Hybrid onsite 3 days (Tuesday-Thursday) per week in Irving, TX (First few months with be fully onsite so resource can get ramped up)

Start Date: Must be willing to start by June 2, 2025

Required Skills and Experience

-Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

-2+ years of experience with JavaScript and .Net (ideally C#), .Net core

-Knowledge of programming principles and common patterns

-Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, Vue.js, TypeScript, SCSS)

-Excellent communicator and strong problem solving skills

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an entry-level Software Developer to join one of the largest privately held energy companies in the United States and work in a hybrid model in Irving, TX. This individual will join a team focused on integration work, where they will be responsible for the integration of data from various different energy markets across the United States and Canada into 1 centralized platform, then integrating that data back into the energy markets. Programming will be done in this role using C# framework, with .Net and Javascript programming languages.
