Role Description

As a Junior Software Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting with the deployment, configuration and support of all the Fusion Software solutions provided to clients. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers and clients to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in software implementation projects by gathering client requirements and configuring solutions accordingly.
• Support clients during the onboarding process, ensuring proper training and troubleshooting any issues.
• Collaborate internally with teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Installation and Configuration of Fusion Software’s application
• Assist with testing new software features and updates before deployment
• Document processes, client interactions, and solutions for future reference.
• Provide post-implementation support and documentation to ensure client success
• Potential Travel to clients within the country if required.
• Microsoft SQL Database level interaction for Data Importing and Data Analysis
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Windows Server (specifically AAD and Permission configuration)
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Windows Desktop environments
• Basic to Intermediate Microsoft SQL Server TSQL
• Basic Microsoft SQL Server Configuration
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Basic understanding of software implementation processes and project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and client needs

• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Windows Desktop environments

Advantages

• 1-3 Years working experience in a Software support or implementation environment.
• Experience in MSSQL will be beneficial.
• Experience in a Software Implementation or Support Desk environment.

Salary Range

• R15,000.00 - R25,000.00 per Month based on experience.
