You may be junior in title, but not in intent.

What you’ll do:

• Write sharp, clear, and emotionally intelligent copy across formats
• Help build Repos’ voice across platforms—ads, social, films, decks, and more
• Translate ideas into simple, sticky words
• Work closely with design, AV, and marketing to bring ideas to life
• Think fast, write faster, and revise even faster

We’re looking for someone who:

• Writes with heart, edits with honesty
• Knows how to simplify complex thoughts
• Thinks like a consumer before writing like a creative
• Takes feedback with maturity and action
• Wants to write things that matter
• Is hungry to grow, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask “why?”
• Can balance creativity with clarity—and isn’t attached to fluff

This is not a "just write captions" role.
