While our Product Marketing Engineers focus on high-level strategic CAM marketing, we are seeking motivated Marketing Content Interns to take ownership of vital tactical marketing tasks and grow within our dynamic team.


Job Summary:

As a Marketing Content Intern at ModuleWorks, you will be crucial in supporting our marketing team by executing essential tactical tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in digital content creation (video, graphics, presentations), website management, and marketing campaign support. You will directly enable our Product Marketing Engineers to focus on strategic initiatives by handling the day-to-day content production and marketing operations. This internship offers a clear pathway to a potential full-time role based on your performance, skill development, and contribution to the team.


Responsibilities

  • Video Content Creation & Editing:

·      Create clear screen recordings demonstrating software features and workflows.

·      Perform basic video editing (trimming clips, adding text overlays, simple graphics, background music) using tools like Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.

  • Graphic Design:

·      Design and format graphics for PowerPoint presentations, social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, and internal communications, ensuring adherence to ModuleWorks branding guidelines.

·      Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite for visual asset creation.

  • Presentation Development:

·      Create, format, and update Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for sales enablement, partner updates, marketing webinars, and internal meetings.

  • Digital Content Management:

·      Update and manage content on the ModuleWorks website (e.g., product pages, news items, blog posts) using our Content Management System (CMS).

·      Assist in scheduling and potentially drafting social media posts for platforms like LinkedIn.

  • Marketing Campaign & Team Support:

·      Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns by preparing materials (e.g., graphics, email snippets).

·      Help collect and organize basic performance metrics from marketing activities (e.g., website visits, social media engagement).

·      Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.


Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing / Communications / Digital Media / Graphic Design / Multimedia Studies, or a closely related field.
  • Content Creation Skills:
  • Video: Demonstrable ability to create clear screen recordings and perform basic video editing. Portfolio or sample work required.
  • Graphics: Proficiency with graphic design tools, especially Adobe Creative Suite. Portfolio or sample work required.
  • Presentations: Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, including template usage and formatting.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Tech Savviness: Comfortable learning and using various software tools (CMS, video editing software, design platforms).
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a professional environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to creating accurate and visually polished content.
  • Proactive Attitude: Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute positively to the team.


Qualifications

  • Prior internship or project experience demonstrating skills in video editing, graphic design, or content creation.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media marketing).
  • Experience using a Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress or similar.
  • Interest in B2B marketing, software technology, or the manufacturing industry.
