Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Assistant to provide support in communication, HR, finance, and general office operations for one of our clients, a company in the tobacco industry. This is an entry-level opportunity for recent graduates to gain broad experience in business administration within a dynamic organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Support HR processes: employee onboarding/offboarding, attendance, payroll, and contract management.
  • Assist in general office tasks including travel arrangements, procurement, and document management.
  • Help maintain internal systems: HR database, access control, compliance reporting.
  • Coordinate with government authorities for employee registration, visa processing, and legal documentation.
  • Support expatriates and ensure smooth administrative processes.
  • Assist finance with payroll, invoice tracking, and communication with accounting firms.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire prevention procedures.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Fluency in Romanian and English is required.
