What You'll Do

TLDR: You'll be the vibrant force behind our community management - running WhatsApp groups, gathering feedback, planning events across cities, and being the sunshine personality that keeps our community energized and engaged.

The Longer Version: We're looking for a Junior Community Enabler who can help us strengthen connections within our growing community. You'll be the digital-first, always-connected team member who keeps our community spaces active and engaging while helping coordinate in-person meetups that bring our online connections into the real world.


Your Impact & Responsibilities


Community Management & Engagement

  • Actively manage and moderate our WhatsApp community groups to ensure they remain vibrant and valuable
  • Create engaging conversation starters and curate discussions that align with our community's interests
  • Respond to member queries and connect people with similar interests or complementary skills
  • Keep a pulse on community sentiment and flag opportunities or concerns to the team


Feedback Collection & Implementation

  • Reach out to community members after experiences to gather insights through conversations and surveys
  • Compile and organize feedback in a structured way for internal teams to review
  • Track implementation of community suggestions and communicate changes back to members
  • Identify patterns in feedback that could inform future experience design


Creative Communication

  • Craft compelling messages that reflect our brand voice across community channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create and distribute timely updates to community members
  • Develop creative ways to share information that cuts through the digital noise
  • Ensure consistency in messaging while adapting tone for different community segments


Event Coordination

  • Help plan and execute community meetups in cities like Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person gatherings, from venue selection to attendee experience
  • Create event communications from invitations to follow-ups
  • Document events through photos, videos, and testimonials for future community sharing


About You


Experience

  • No specific years of experience required - we value enthusiasm and natural talent!
  • Experience managing social groups (formal or informal) is a plus
  • Event planning experience (even if it was just organizing your college fest) is beneficial
  • History of creating engaging written content for digital platforms

Skills

  • Exceptional writing abilities with a knack for engaging, conversational communication
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple community initiatives simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of event management principles
  • Ability to read social dynamics and facilitate meaningful connections

Tools

  • Proficiency with WhatsApp and other messaging platforms
  • Comfort with digital productivity tools (Google Workspace, Airtable, etc.)
  • Experience with basic content creation tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with survey and feedback collection tools

Communication

  • Clear and engaging written communication style that captures attention
  • Warm and approachable verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt tone for different audiences while maintaining brand voice
  • Strong active listening skills for gathering meaningful feedback
