Senior Java Dev: 

- 4+ years of experience 

- Same skills as junior developer 

- Lead and design the implementation of complex systems 

- Ensure best coding practices and security standards 

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers 

- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservice architecture 

- Solid understanding of design patterns, multi-threading and concurrency 

- Strong knowledge of SQL and database optimizations 

- Ability to debug and optimize applications for scalability and performance 

- Experience in financial or banking software development is a plus 

Junior Java Dev: 

- 1 to 3 years of experience 

- Familiar with java concepts, OOP principles 

- Familiar with REST APIs 

- Experience with Spring Boot is a plus 

- Work with databases (PostgreSQL) and SQL queries 

- Assist in deploying applications using CI/CD pipelines 

- Experience in creating unit tests using JUnit 

- Other skills: Git, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes
