Set-up: Hybrid (2x RTO a week | 9am - 6pm)

Job Description: Job Description: We are seeking a Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java programming, Spring framework, and RESTful APIs, along with a solid understanding of database management, software design principles, and performance optimization. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and secure code following best coding practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and business teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with software development standards.
• Work with databases (SQL and PostgreSQL), write efficient queries, and optimize database performance.
• Stay updated with emerging Java technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Java Developer or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL, PostgreSQL, and database management (MS SQL Server or any other database).
• Strong background with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Background with Containers (Docker, Kafka, or Kubernetes).
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
