About the team

Be involved in a major bank project to migrate software and applications to 2 new data centres. Work closely with management, other developers, network, integration and testers to migrate software. Drive solutions for complex problems individually and in a team-based environment. You will get some of the best learning experiences, with advanced tools and team members who are passionate about protecting the security and stability of our technology estate. An innovative, curious work force with a solid belief in delivering value and efficiency through our work, we strongly believe in a diverse and inclusive workplace and support workplace flexibility. Role reports to Project Team Lead.

About the role

  • Build and deploy existing applications onto new infrastructure
  • Input with firewall rules and Java Layers
  • Familiarity with automation platforms and frameworks such as Puppet
  • In-depth knowledge of Java technologies (e.g., Embedded Tomcat, Spring Boot etc)
  • Knowledge on Azure DevOps and pipeline usage
  • Documentation, migration through various environments and help and assist with testers



About you

  • Strong web services knowledge
  • Knowledge of SQL Server will be highly regarded
  • Knowledge of C will be highly regarded
  • Have a curious and accountable mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
