• Banking/Finance Sector Experience
• Java & Data for trading integration Exp
• Development experience in Java Spring boot

About the Client:

Our Client is one of the leading Banking client in Sydney.

Skills Required:

• 8+ years in Java Spring Boot development
• Strong in APIs/Web Services, message queues
• Full-stack understanding: frontend to database, auth, access control
• Proficient in SQL and RDBMS (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL)
• Familiar with Git, Maven, JIRA, Confluence, TDD
• Agile methodology experience

Nice to Have:

• Kotlin development experience
• Knowledge of Java 8, concurrency, JVM tuning
• ETL process experience
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy ETL pipelines with high data quality
• Mentor team and promote best practices
• Communicate tech concepts clearly to non-tech teams
• Work well independently and in teams
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
