Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Planning, preparing and executing non-functional tests (performance, capacity, availability and failover) for critical infrastructure areas (Client/workspace solutions, data center infrastructure
• Designing and preparing infrastructure test scenarios and defining reusable test plans
• Supporting tests of End-user computing applications in terms of planning, preparing and organizing the tests with the actual business users
• Setting up, configuring and customizing test infrastructure based on Test Management demands
• Maintaining test infrastructure including shakedown tests after changes
• Preparing, executing and tracking testing activities for infrastructure-related changes (i.e. Patches, Vulnerability fixes)
• Maintaining and improved the test environment strategy, especially towards availability, completeness and cost efficiency
• Ensuring availability through coordination of requirements, conflicts and incidents together with the test management team and all infrastructure teams

Your skills and experience:

• A Bachelor / Master degree (preferably in the area of Computer Science or related
• At least 3-5 years of experience in setting up and maintaining test infrastructure (MS Client/Server, database systems (MS SQL/Oracle), Microsoft Azure / hybrid data centers, ideally also knowledge of storage and server hardware)
• At least 3-5 years of experience in testing (functional test and non-functional test) within the Infrastructure or Application maintenance domain, preferably in the area of test coordination or test planning
• Knowledge of code repositories (Gitlab, Intune) and pipeline/deployment mechanisms
• Understanding of project management and reporting practices
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements (BSI, KAIT, DORA, GDPR etc.)
• Fluency in English - both written and spoken. Good command of German language would be as asset
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
