About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic IT Systems Manager to evaluate our current business operations and software stack, identify areas for efficiency improvements, and implement technology solutions. This individual will develop a technology roadmap, oversee system integrations, and ensure continuous process optimizations in collaboration with department heads.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business operations, workflows, and software tools to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement a technology strategy and roadmap for optimizing business processes.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and rollout of new software solutions.
• Project manage technology implementation and change management efforts across departments.
• Work closely with department heads to identify and resolve ongoing process bottlenecks.
• Ensure seamless integration and interoperability of business systems.
• Train and support staff in adopting new technologies.
