Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for our client’s IT infrastructure. If you have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with firewall staging, configuration, and testing (prior experience preferred).
  • Document solutions and create user guides for common issues.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.
  • Offer exceptional customer service with clear and professional communication.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
  • Basic knowledge of firewalls (staging, configuration, or troubleshooting is a plus).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, networking, and hardware issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • English B1 (Basic reading/writing) – ability to communicate technical issues.
  • Soft Skills: Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
