Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist with firewall staging, configuration, and testing (prior experience preferred).
Document solutions and create user guides for common issues.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.
Offer exceptional customer service with clear and professional communication.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
Basic knowledge of firewalls (staging, configuration, or troubleshooting is a plus).
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, networking, and hardware issues.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
English B1 (Basic reading/writing) – ability to communicate technical issues.
Soft Skills: Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
