Overview
Starting at $25/hr for entry level, but commensurate with experience. We are seeking to hire a support technician that will provide remote and onsite support for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users on various IT issues and incidents
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Collaborate with team to resolve complex issues
- Document technical processes and procedures
Qualifications
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot within Windows Operating systems
- Strong knowledge of desktop support, network administration, VLANS, VPNs, and Firewalls
- CompTIA A+ / Network +/ Server+ certification is an asset
