Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to ensure smooth IT operations and efficiently handle technical challenges. As a fast-growing company, we need a self-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces learning opportunities and adapts to evolving technologies. Someone with prior experience in troubleshooting, system maintenance and IT support would be well-suited for this position.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support or related roles.
  • Must be from Gurgaon or Delhi/NCR.
  • Previous experience working as a remote IT support specialist.
  • Hybrid work mode with a willingness to travel as required.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, MacOS, networking, and cloud services.
  • Experience with JumpCloud or similar identity and device management platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, VPNs, firewalls.
  • Knowledge of basic scripting, automation, and IT security best practices.
  • Own conveyance is a must for on-site support needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software and networking issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, connectivity issues, and security concerns.
  • Support end-users remotely and on-site, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Previous experience in remote IT support – the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently without being physically present.
  • Take ownership of IT incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Manage IT assets, documentation, and inventory.


Location - Please note: This is a remote job. However, selected candidates will be expected to work

from our Gurgaon office a few times a month, if requested.
