Position Overview:

Entyre is seeking a highly motivated IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. This position will be essential in owning the onboarding/offboarding process and managing the hardware inventory needs for the organization. They will be the initial point of contact for in-office issues related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The individual will also contribute to project work and escalate as necessary. This individual will be a supportive team member and equip employees for success. Join us in delivering exceptional IT support services that empower our users to achieve their goals efficiently!


Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.


What You’ll Do:

  • Be a dedicated on-site IT support at our office (four days a week)
  • Provide Level 1/2 support for desktop support, collaboration, and productivity tools on site and remotely
  • Take ownership of onboarding and offboarding processes in a Windows and Android environment
  • Maintain adequate inventory of hardware and peripherals
  • Create and maintain quality technical documentation that describes problem resolutions and the processes and systems
  • Multi-task on assignments, prioritize and deliver on routine tasks and assigned projects


You possess:

  • Familiarity with a Microsoft environment so that you can hit the ground running.
  • 2+ years in IT support with a focus on administering Microsoft Office 365
  • Significant professional or personal experience using Windows 10/11
  • Enthusiasm for helping people, with a friendly and reassuring attitude
  • Experience with helpdesk management systems such as Zendesk, Fresh Service or Jira
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Bonus:

  • Working knowledge of patch management with Intune, NinjaOne or similar tools
  • A functional understanding of networking concepts (CompTIA Net+ or Sec+)
  • Prior experience with scripting or workflow tools such as Okta and Zapier
  • Worked in healthcare industry before and familiarity with HIPAA security rule
