Job Description

Specific Responsibilities:

• Introduction of standard architecture and technology standardization to group companies
• Support for enhancing system risk management at group companies
• Support for promoting IT projects at group companies
• Planning and promotion for IT management within the group and exchange of IT personnel

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience in IT project management and PMO
• Practical experience in the financial industry (securities, banking, asset management, leasing, etc.), including involvement in vendor-related projects
• Experience participating in system development projects (any phase such as requirements definition, detailed design, development, testing, etc.)
• Communication skills with business users and IT stakeholders (due to the nature of collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders)
• Experience in system implementation projects or system maintenance and management in financial institutions (broadly including experience in user departments of financial institutions or business requirements definition)
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese
• High compliance awareness

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience related to IT security and ITIL
• Knowledge and understanding of the latest technology trends
