IT Solution Architect

At Stibbe, our IT team strives to ensure that our lawyers and business services have an optimized IT infrastructure.

To enhance our IT team, we are looking for a Solution Architect. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience and has the ambition and potential to grow mid-term into a senior solution architect role.

Job Description

As a solution architect you play a critical role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. Your role encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Analyzing business needs and objectives, and translating them into functional and technical requirements.
• Selecting appropriate technologies, platforms, and applications, while participating in project delivery in coordination with the Senior IT Solutions Architect, project managers, IT operations, testers and key stakeholders.
• Taking ownership of the maintenance and support of existing solutions and providing 2nd and 3rd line support to the IT team.

The ideal candidate

We are looking for a solid IT professional who brings both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:

• A solid understanding of IT topics, with experience in financial applications such as ERP systems, workflow engines, reporting tools
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with a very good command of English (written and spoken)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
