Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee and manage network infrastructure support operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of network services, maintaining high-level customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to meet service level agreements.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of network support specialists to deliver high-quality network infrastructure support services.
  • Develop and implement service delivery strategies to meet the organization's network infrastructure needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network services with other IT systems.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to understand their network support requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of network projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to network infrastructure support services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in network infrastructure support to drive continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience over 10 years in IT service delivery management with a focus on network infrastructure support.
  • Strong knowledge of network technologies, protocols, and best practices.
  • Experience in managing network support teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CCNP & CISSP are preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a strategic mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
