My client, a sizable company is looking for the following position:

Head of Infrastructure and System Support

Requirements:

• Deg in Electronic Engineering or CS
• 15+ years of exp in IT operations with proficiency in full stack development with automated testing, CI/CD pipeline designs, security-focused software development and system architecture design.
• Track records in leading and directing IT operations team, dealing with external customers and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Info System Support Team to ensure secure and smooth IT operations of the systems; changes to production environments are monitored and controlled; systems performance, availability and recovery are monitored with capacity planning to ensure the required service levels are met.
• Identify, manage & mitigate IT related risks including but not limited to risks in projects, IT operations, services and products
• Information Security Management
• Ensure operations have adequate resources for service delivery.
• Nego & manage external customers and suppliers for product realisation.
• Architect & optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient application delivery & system deployment
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure
