1 Opening Hong Kong Role description The Senior IT Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. This role requires a deep understanding of network architecture, server and database management, cloud services, and cybersecurity. Responsibilities: § Design, implement, and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, database, networks, and cloud services. § Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. § Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. § Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to support business operations and projects. § Manage vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and products, and vendors performance. § Manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Requirements: § Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines § Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management. § Strong knowledge of network architecture, server management (e.g., Windows), and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google). § Experience with firewall related management and DR operation. § Proficiency in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). § Proven experience in project delivery, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. § Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Power Automate, PowerShell, Python). § Experience in Google, AWS or other Cloud support including monitoring is a plus. § Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle). § Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
